The Ball Clock, by George Nelson for Howard Miller, is one of his most iconic clock designs, originally designed and produced in the 1940s.

This fine example, with 12 black balls on brass rods over a brass base, is in greater demand and harder to find than some of the other color combinations that were produced.

This Ball Clock is in incredible condition for it's age, with only very minor blemishes on the face of the clock and the hour, minute and second hand are free of breaks or bends which often plague early production wall clocks of this era.

Designed by Irving Harper of George Nelson Associates, taken from his Wiki: Harper decided to create clocks that were a piece of sculpture. "To omit numbers and have an abstract object that moved on the wall was something no one was doing at the time".

Harper was the principle designer of the iconic wall clocks from George Nelson Associates.

This clock is powered by an electrical cord and is currently running, however we have not tested it for more than a day to test it's accuracy. Contact us for a full condition report.
