Robsjohn-Gibbings Style Mid-Century Modern Teak Chairs, circa 1960Automaton Vintage Furnishings
Robsjohn-Gibbings style Mid-Century Modern teak and vinyl chairs, circa 1960. Sculptural set of Mid-Century Modern Robsjohn-Gibbings style chairs that can be used in a number of capacities. This collection of four chairs includes two armchairs with angular rests and two side chairs with black vinyl seats, horizontal ribbed backs and baring "Upholsters' International Union' labels on the underside. The vinyl upholstery is ideal for any spills as it is wipe, clean and easy to care for.
The chairs could pair nicely with a Jens Risom or Finn Juhl teak dining table for a cohesive look, or could be mixed with a modern steel or marble topped design. These chairs can be used as a set in a dining or living room, or individually as a desk, vanity or side chair in various interior locations.
