Pierre Paulin Model F560 Mushroom Chair for Artifort, Set of SixAutomaton Vintage Furnishings
Set of six model F560, or "Mushroom" chairs by French designer Pierre Paulin for Artifort. Designed in 1963, Paulin created these sculptural lounge chairs comprising of an inner structure of steel tubing which were covered in foam and fabric. These chairs offer a comfortable seat while simultaneously providing suburb ergonomics and freedom of movement. These newer editions feature vibrant chartreuse colored upholstery and retain the manufacturer's label underneath the base. These archetypal chairs are part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MOMA).
You can pair or group these together in a family room, living room or den or use them singularly around the house as an attention grabbing side of accent chair in a office, bedroom or lounge.
